He has 16+ years of experience in real estate project and sales management. Paula Bianchi has more than 25 years experience specializing in Second Home Real Estate Sales and Marketing. Paula moved to Cle Elum in 2000 with her husband Chuy, also a Suncadia Managing Broker. After 11 years as an air traffic controller and commercial pilot, Chuy found his way to real estate. He’s since accumulated over 25 years’ experience helping clients purchase or sell their vacation properties. Chuy & Paula been involved with real estate at Suncadia since the very beginning, and helped hundreds of owners find their perfect property. Paula and Chuy live full time in Tumble Creek at Suncadia.

Kimi was born in Hawaii and raised in Washington. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Finance. Prior to joining the Suncadia real estate team, Kimi worked as both a procurement agent and financial analyst at Boeing. It’s been such a dream for Kimi to be able to work and play in her own backyard. She moved her primary residence to Suncadia and is enjoying every aspect of this community. She loves being surrounded by all the natural beauty and wildlife. You can catch her golfing or exploring the vast biking trails!

Born in Everett, Washington, Jeff attended Bellevue Community College and Whitworth University, where he played collegiate-level baseball. Jeff joined Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company in 2008 after acting as First Assistant Golf Pro at Suncadia’s Prospector Golf Course for five years. Having worked at Suncadia in various roles over the years, Jeff has extensive knowledge of the resort, its history, and the many opportunities for fun on the resort property and beyond. Jeff has snowshoed with clients to see homesites, hosted numerous individual and group golf outings, and goes fishing in Lake Cle Elum with prospective buyers.

Bob is a Washington native with a serious fishing habit. After 20 years of senior management experience at Fortune 100 companies like Proctor and Gamble and Nabisco Brands, Bob launched a second career in real estate 10 years ago, specializing in the second home vacation/resort market. With real estate development, sales and sales management experience in Oregon, Montana and Washington, Bob has combined his business and real estate backgrounds and now exclusively serves Suncadia buyers and sellers. Bob has been married to his wife, Adele, for more than 30 years, and they have four grown children.

From Northern Virginia, Nanci lived all over the southern and eastern states before moving to the Northwest 10 years ago. In her various homes over the past 30 years, she has enjoyed a rewarding career in second home real estate sales. Nanci joined the Suncadia real estate team as we were opening the Lodge in 2008. Suncadia has proven to be the perfect home for Nanci, who enjoys horseback riding, biking, hiking, and riding just about anything that goes fast.

Danny grew up just outside Seattle, in the city of Covington, WA. He attended Central Washington University and graduated with a degree in Business Management and Organization and a minor in Information Technology. Danny joined the Suncadia sales team in February 2017 after working in the Suncadia Hotel Operations side for the previous four years. Danny has far-reaching knowledge of the resort and a vision of the memories and experiences the guest will take home with them. His passion of sharing Suncadia resonates with the guests and owners. In his spare time, you will find Danny on the golf links, traveling, or attending professional sporting events.

A native of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Jeff is a die-hard fan of his home teams: the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. Before entering real estate, Jeff was a Golf Professional for 15 years at high-end private golf communities. Since joining Suncadia in 2005 he’s added mountain biking, fly fishing, skiing and hiking to his list of hobbies. Jeff is also a dedicated distance runner and has run 11 marathons including the Boston Marathon in 2012, 15 & 16. Jeff married Heather in 2015 and they had twins, Zoe & Zander in 2017. The Raus reside in Issaquah and also own a second home at Suncadia. Another of his many passions is helping clients find their perfect property at Suncadia.

Mark has always had a passion for teaching, and began his career as a teacher in Yuma, Arizona. After moving to Cle Elum to be closer to family, Mark discovered a second passion: helping clients find their perfect vacation property. He joined Suncadia Real Estate in 2015. A lover of the outdoors and any and all kinds of adventure, the Cascades have proven to be the perfect home for Mark.

Born and raised in Seattle’s Rainier Valley, Larry is a proud combat veteran, having served for four years in the United States Marine Corps. Larry is an avid golfer and Seattle sports enthusiast, a fan of both the Seahawks and the Mariners. He has been in the real estate world for almost 20 years and has spent the last four years at Suncadia, helping dozens of families find their spot in the Sun. His favorite part of working at Suncadia is its people – both the homeowners and his fellow employees.
